Bike Onboarding EX
On Jan 2018, Uber first introduced new service "electric bike ride sharing-JUMP" in San Francisco.
I worked on onboarding experience to help users to learn about our service and introduce its value proposition.
Uber has been using a horizontal carousel to educate users on most their onboarding experience. However, I observed most users skip screens without paying any attention or they closed the app.
I challenged myself to create delightful and enjoyable onboarding experience to increase our conversion rate to their first trip.
I started drawing idea on the paper and visualize in illustrator. I created all illustration assets from the scratch, none of them from Uber's existing assets.
